Field work 2012 finished

31 October 2012
After a successful China field season this April, a very successful expedition to Greenland in July, and an unfortunately only mediocre (regarding finds of course – the team was super too!) excavation in the Langenberg-Quarry in August and September, another busy year draws to a close.

Now I finally have time to work on several manuscripts, some of them have been delayed for years. However, one of our spectacular fossil sites in China, Mesa Chelonia, with some 1800 turtles, was just published in the interdisciplinary science journal Naturwissenschaften.
Enjoy!
