Website improvements

Finally I found the time for some improvements to the website:

* A search function is added; websites, doc- and pdf-files are searchable now

* The photographs on the first page are randomized now, I used only pictures from my own field work for that

* All fieldwork photos can be found on a separate page in the "Excavations" section 

* Some of my favorite photos taken during field work can be seen in the "About me" section
